TARGIT Support System

The primary support contact for customers will be the software reselling partner. If further help is needed, a support ticket can be submitted directly to TARGIT. Support tickets must be submitted trough the TARGIT Support System (TSS). If you do not have a login to the TSS, please submit the form on the right and you will receive an email with your login credentials.

TARGIT Knowledge Base

The TARGIT Knowledge Base (TKB) contains a number of useful articles and whitepapers regarding your TARGIT installation.

TARGIT User Forum

TARGIT's User Forum is available at targit.com/forum. This is our interactive community to give and receive help for your technical TARGIT problems from other TARGIT users and experts throughout the world.

Service Level Agreement

You can expect a response within 24 to 48 hours for a support task entered into the TSS. Individual Service Level Agreements will be stated in the individual customer/partner contracts.
