For each role, you may also control permissions to access the folder/subfolder structure in the Favorites Smartpad, where all shared analyses, reports and storyboards are stored.
You have the same permission options as when working with data permissions, although you may define different permissions with regard to read and write access to each folder/subfolder.
Please notice that the user must furthermore use a Developer client license in order to write/edit analyses in the Shared Favorites folder.
