Enhanced monitoring – Scheduler Service

We need to monitor multiple servers with Targit Scheduler Services (SS) running.

As discussed, it might be nice to have an option to ask the SS about the following:

1. Status of executing jobs (formerly in ExecutingJobs.xml)
2. Status of jobs performed (as in *solution.status.xml)
3. Overview of jobs to be executed today but haven’t run yet.
