e-Learning videos pause in certain cases

Dave Martz ·

From Wagner Equipment:

I would like to be able to watch the e-Learning videos on one Monitor and follow along in the Targit Desktop client, but the training videos automatically pause when you click outside the browser window.

This is not a problem for e-Learning videos hosted on youtube.

    Hi Dave / Jacob,

This is a known issue with some of the videos on the eLearning platform.

We have been using Vimeo as our video repository since the beginning of the eLearning platform. The issue is that the Vimeo videos stops playing when not in focus.

This problem will be solved as we gradually move the videos to the Youtube platform.

    BR / Ole
