Scroll bar in tabels on the outside of tabel element

When using padding on a tabel the scroll bar - when it appears - is on the inside of the element area and then makes the tabel smaller, so the padding areal looks larger on the scroll side of the tabel / right side.

Request: option to have the scroll bar in the padding area / outside the tabel element, so it does not resize.
