Data Model Editor: Create and maintain additional data

Add a section in the Data Model Editor to create and maintain additional data. This would replace the need for Custom Data Files in Excel. It would be helpful if the columns were created and managed in the Data Model, but somewhere in Decision Suite, users with the right permissions can update the row level information. Add version control to this functionality.
