InMemory ETL: Improve 'Find' function

Flesh out the find function in the ETL tool.  Couple of ideas:  
 - put the Find function in the menu and on the ribbon in the ETL tool.  It's hidden.  I didn't even know it existed until I just tried hitting ctrl-f yesterday,  Make the tools easy for the user.  
 - Expose features in the menu and on the ribbon.  That's what they are there for.

Further, the find function is kind of weak.  Add a find results window.  Add a find all command.  Add a scope for the search.  Make the find results clickable so it takes you to the line where the string was found.  All other development tools out there do this.
