InMemory Scheduler: Increase logging options

Increase logging functionality in all areas - give ability to turn on or off for debugging purposes.

Give a facelift to the logs in Scheduler Administrator. Today we are just showing a list of log files - it would be nice to have some easier overviews on success and failure on the executions - similar to the History Logs that are shown on logs in Integration service jobs.
