Targit application stucks while login at "Initializing user interface - 23%"

We have installed Targit client version 22.8.26001 and getting stuck at "Initializing user interface - 23%".

But if we use the web portal then no issues and able to login with SSO.

Requesting a work around or solution for this issue.
