Get mouse over to show value and date

I have this figure that is shown below. It shows the population of a Danish municipality over time. The figure actually contains dates. However, I have hidden them in order to make the figure look more appealing. I would like to get the mouse-over function to show not just the value (in this case the population) but also the date. As of now, I can make show value and year, but because the dates are hidden, I can't get it to be shown in the mouse over function. Any suggestions?

Hi Rasmus,

I managed to do it with Years and Dates. Dates labels hidden in Visibility options.

Note 1: I added Years and Dates as two separate dimensions. Not sure it will work if it is one hierarchy.

Note 2: You have a lot of data points in your graph. Make sure that the 'Data point limit' allows for showing labels with that many data points:
