Share of sale to each customer?

How do I do this?

I crosstable with item numbers and to which customers they are sold. For each customer I need to show the percentage of the total sale for each item number.

I.e. item number 7405500 - Customer No. 21219 have bought 1 pcs out of total 6 = 16,7% and so on...

    you could try this formula with r(0,1):

    sum(d-1, 0, m1) / sum(d-1, 0(r(0,1)), m1)
