Pre-authentication capability for mobile apps

Support using Proxy pre-authentication for Anywhere on Mobile app.

In Chrome browser, for the Anywhere client, this works fine.
The URL is https://targit.xxx.yyy.zzz/anywhere and it forward to https://login.xxx.yyy.zzz/adfs 

When using the URL https://targit.xxx.yyy.zzz/anywhere in TARGIT Mobile app, the login fails.
