Alignment of objects in multiple layouts

Hi all,

I am creating a big TARGIT dashboard with many layouts (desktop, mobile, pdf,...). I am using an existing template for this.

My problem is that if I create a table with e.g 5 columns if fits perfectly on my desktop layout. But then I want to reuse the same object e.g. in mobile layout. The alignment then unfortunately no longer fits. I need to realign the columns and use this feature:

Unfurtunately the realignment has an effect on all layouts :(

How can I handle this problem? Or is this a topic for a feature request?

 

(I could unlink the objects, but that is much more work if I want to change the content in the future.)

    Hi Marlene,

    As it is now, you can only avoid this by unlinking the crosstab in the individual layout.

    You may want to add this as a feature request, here: https://community.targit.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/7278561562141-Feature-requests-Ideas

    Something along the lines "Autofit should respect different crosstab widths on different layouts" - and then add an example where you see it going wrong, as well as an example on how you think it *should* behave.
