Follow all topics and sections in Community (and overview of topics and sections)

Under My activities in the Community Im able to see an overview of the topics, sections, articles and posts Im following.

But I can't get an overview of the topics and sections I don't follow. And don't get a notification when new topics and sections are created.

During the last couple of days I have done a lot of seaching in the Community to prepare some feature requests. And I discovered som new topics that I didn't follow as I haven't been aware of their creation. And a lot of articles I haven't seen before even though I have tried to follow all sections and topics. 

Maybe there is sections I haven't signed up for? But as I can't get an overview of sections and topics I don't follow, I can't see what I'm missing?

It could be nice with an overview of sections and topics and an option to "Follow all" (so you automatically are signed up for new topics and sections as well).
