Embedded Links: Arguments with more than one member from same dimension

It should be possible for the embedded links that you can put more than one member from the same dimension into the argument.

Example:
http://localhost/anywhere/embed##AATestEmbed?region=R1_CN&region=R1_NL

Good News!

This feature has been released.

On-prem release: 2024 February, build 24.02.13001

If you want to apply two or more members from the same dimension, you will need to work with only one argument.

Example:
```
http://localhost/anywhere/embed##NewLink1?arg1=Denmark&arg1=Norway
```
