InMemory Scheduler: 'Minutes' schedule should include option 'Every xx minute(s) from hh:mm to hh:mm'

In short: Add 'from [time] to [time]' to the Minutes scheduler.

Simple solution: Add the same options as for the Hours scheduler.

Reason: The current Minutes scheduler can only be set up to run every xx minute(s) 24 hours every day. This is an overkill if the only thing needed is to run e.g., every 10 minutes from 7:00am to 9:00am.
