Formatting different lines in a calculated column

Is it possible to have different formats on different lines in a calculated column.  In the column I'm calculating the different between actual vs. budget for sales, margin dollars and margin %.  the sales and margin dollars are find but I can't get the difference between the margin % to show as a % so there are 0s in the column.
