🔗 Enable "document search" functionality for triggers/links 🔗
Targit's BI-portal already boasts robust features. However, there's room for improvement in the trigger creation process within the BI portal, where documents and dashboards are frequently interconnected.
Current Limitations: Currently, when setting up a trigger, users cannot search for documents directly in the user interface. This forces users to manually navigate through a complex folder structure to establish links. This process is not only time-consuming and tedious but also prone to errors, especially when developing links between multiple dashboards.
Proposed Enhancement: We propose adding a search functionality similar to other parts of the UI, enabling users to quickly and efficiently locate documents while setting up triggers. This feature would streamline the development process in the BI portal, reduce errors, and enhance user productivity.
Benefit of the Proposed Change: Implementing this feature would align the trigger setup process with the existing search capabilities elsewhere in the UI, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience across Targit's BI platform.
