Slicer - Default Selection
I would like to be able to set one of the selections of my slicer as the default selection when opening the dashboard. Without this option, the dashboard takes too long to process as there's no selection applied from the slicer. For example, I set up a slicer with the selections of: Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, This Month, YTD. I would like to default it to Last 7 days. Currently I have to set global Criteria to Year to Date, so I don't have all dates returned when launching the Dashboard. But would load much faster if I could default it to Last 7 Days.

This would be a very nice feature! I'd say that this functionality should become part of the criteria bar as well instead of only the slicer.

Hi Arjan,
Criteria from the criteria bar are saved.
If you set a criteria in the criteria bar - even a dynamic criteria - and save the document, it will open with that criteria next time you open the document.
It is this functionality that would be nice to have for slicers as well.
