Hi Brad,
I am not sure I understand what you are trying to achieve. Will it be possible for you to export the above table to Excel and add the extra rows to create a mockup of the desired output, and then post a screenshot of the mockup?

sure. i want to add the highlighted rows which sums up the rows above it. example, the first hightlighted row sums up -5, -5, and 10 which would equal 0 and the same for the next section. our end game is to show which customers have an outstanding amount. each line represents a different invoice number
Hi Brad,
I am not sure I am getting the full picture. Has something been hidden in this crosstab? Does it contain an invoice number dimension as well?
Normally, when having a crosstab with customers and invoice lines as two dimensions on the vertical axis, the standard subtotals should be able to handle what you are requesting - as in this example:

ah i see, the original builder created a table not a crosstab. i'll mess aouund with it, thanks.
i managed to get closer to what i wanted. i was curious, i am a long time Crystal report user and used to the freedom of creating groupings and subtotals on a whim. with Targit, i have to show all. in reference to the screenshot, is it possible to remove or hide certain child subtotals? for example, i would like to hide/remove the invoice totals(A1,A2,andA3 totals). I've tried using the visibilty agent, but couldn't find an option for subtotals/totals.
Hi Brad,
I see that you now also introduced dates on the vertical axis of your crosstab, which requires a little additional fine tuning.
I have created these three crosstabs. Crosstabs 2 and 3 are copies of Crosstab 1, but with slight modifications. Se explanations below.
I hope this is helpful to you.
