I am using a custom font (installed on the server and marked as a cross-platform font) for a PDF report. But the custom font is not displayed when I receive the PDF as a scheduled task. The report uses a substitute font. However, I can see the font in Targit and also in the frontend. How can I ensure that the correct font is used in the report when it is sent?

In most cases it should be possible to do what you are trying to do.
However, we are seeing some fonts not behaving as expected. May I ask the exact name of the font you are trying to use - italic or bold, if applicable.

The font from the costumer is called "Brutal" and i use it in normal and bold.
