Mashup dimensions should support dimension hierarchies

Mashup dimensions are in many way much better than global dimensions (which is based on an xml file stored in a certain folder while mashup dimensions are wrapped in a nice UI).

However, global dimensions support dimension hierarchies, which is missing in mashup dimensions.

I suggest that support for dimension hierarchies is added to the mashup dimensions feature.
