Azure Blob Storage Data Driver for InMemory and Data Discovery

It would be nice with a data driver for Azure blob storage to allow hosting e.g., Excels or CSVs in Azure Blob Storage and loading the files directly from there using different authentication protocols, instead of having to develop a separate Python script to download files, and then load them into IM or Data Discovery.
