Hide / Show criteria bar by default: Shown

We really like this new function to hide / show the criteria bar in Anywhere client. But we'd like to have the criteria bar by default shown and the possibility to hide it if wanted. One of the reasons why we want it like this is, that the users might not know why there is no criteria bar shown anymore.
