we setup a lot of Batch Jobs. The Batch Member Dimension contains many Data > 10.000.
With the actual Setup of the Batch Job, it is very very difficult to setup the Batch Members.
There should be at minimum a Search Button, like in the Criteria Editor. An Option, to see only the selected members would be also very helpful to administrate the jobs.

We have an upcoming feature called 'Dynamic distribution' that I think will do the job for you.
It will become a strong alternative to the current Batch option for creating distribution lists.
It will work very similar to the iteration table that you may know from page iterations in reports. You create a table with dimension members; the members may be influenced by criteria, top lists, visibility agents, etc.
Expected on-prem release: March 2025 (subject for change).
