Client cache and several TARGIT Sessions
Dear community,
we encountered some strange behaviours at a big customer and so this questions came up:
* TARGIT Clients #1 is opened
* Second instance of a TARGIT (#2) clients is opened
* User changes some criteria in #2 in Analysis ABC
* Analysis ABC is stored
* Client #2 is closed
* User stays in #1 and works in other analysis and closes the client
How is the criteria cache handled?

Not sure what you mean by "criteria cache"...?
From above description, I don't see any conflicts either. What exactly is the problem experienced by this customer?

Hi Ole,
let me elaborate the case:
* Customer has an analysis with selected criteria, e.g. AAA, ABC and DDD
* The underlying content for these criteria has been changed to AA1, AB2, DD2
Customers opens the new TARGIT session #2
* The analysis is reopened and the message "Criteria have been changed"
* Customer open the criteria and changes AAA, ABC, and DDD to the new values
Customer closes TARGIT session #2
He keeps working in TARGIT session #1
The next day, he opens the analysis and the old values are still selected in the analysis.

If possible, ask the customer to make a video recording of the issue that can be attached to the Support task.
