Default setting on splash screen should be disabled
When you download TARGIT, the splash screen is enabled by default.
It should be disabled by default.

This idea was discussed by the TARGIT Product Board.
We will not disable it by default.
Within an organization, the organization's TARGIT Administrator can change the setting from Default or Custom (both options will initially display the splash screen) to Disabled (users will never see the splash screen).
