Rank top list in multiple levels of hierarchy

Hi all, 

I have to following problem. I would like to see per company my top 3 persons. 

The problem is, that in my person hierarchy, I need to manually expand some levels in some cases. Sometimes I need a person on manager level, sometimes on salesperson level and sometimes on trainee level. 

Depending on how far the hierarchies are expanded, the top list should use this revenue.

This is my Excel example. After finding out the top 3 I would liek to hide all other rows.

(The business case if of couse quite different, but I had to create an example in TARGITs demodata) ;-)
