Define Log Behavior for Empty Dynamic Distribution crosstab

If the Dynamic Distribution crosstab is empty (e.g., due to no sales yesterday), the job is currently logged as successful. However, in other cases, the crosstab might be empty because the data hasn't been updated. It would be valuable for report designers to have the option to define whether a result with zero members should be treated as a success, warning, or failure in the log.
