Export to CSV from Anywhere

I've just had a request from a customer ... export data to CSV from Anywhere. I've told them to export to Excel for now, but it would be nice with an option to export directly to a few CSV formats (maybe a choice between no and standard text qualifiers (") with escapes, standard CRLF line delimiters and a choice between comma and tab field delimiters ... or something like that).
