Pre-fill "From" in Scheduled Job creation screen
When creating a job in Scheduled Jobs, the "From" field should be pre-filled with the "From" field defined in "Alerts and Notifications" settings.
As it is, the empty field can lead a user to type a non-useable From address, which will cause a failure when sending the scheduled email.
