Members with no data omitted - tabular cube

We are moving our dataware house from a multidimensionel cube (on prem) to a tabular cube (cloud). We have encountered an issue wih members being omitted when there is no data in the column or row. In the example below Region Midtjylland disappears in HA-OFP. We have also encountered the problem in user dimensions, where a whole member disappears (whole column), which makes it difficult to do calculations. Especially since the member can be visible when you see the whole dataset, but then is omitted when you drill to a member that does not have data in one of the columns.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem or do I have to make a feature request?
