Shared Folder Empty

Hey, 

One of our users at work has a user, with Rights and a Role assigned to him, but his Shared folder is empty when trying to open reports from the menu.

I'd like to ask why is the Shared folder appearing like empty, when he should have 6 items on it.

Every kind of help is kindly appreciated.
