Scheduled jobs to link should offer logging of who actually accessed the linked file

Since TARGIT introduced the feature that allows scheduling a link to a file (eg. PDF) instead of an attachment (https://community.targit.com/hc/en-us/articles/20541379612060-Scheduled-job-Include-link-to-file) - the next step could be to offer a log of who actually used the link and downloaded the file which is located on the TARGIT server.

This would be a great extension of TARGIT scheduling (push-bi) - to be able to document who actually opened the reports that we're sent out.
