Scheduled jobs search should offer saving of search profiles

Often when you open the scheduled jobs list, you filter out in the same way - maybe looking for jobs that:

• have failed
• are documents
• are enabled
• have a high priority
  
  

You should be able to save a search as the one mentioned as a search profile, and then just click the profile when you enter the overview, instead of ticking the same 4-5 boxes every time.
