Dynamic distribution - improve info text

When creating a Dynamic distribution crosstab, the info text on top currently reads "Create crosstab with rows you want to distribute by. You can freely add user dimensions, visibility agents , calculations etc."

Please improve this text, so it becomes clear that an output will be created for each and every one of the members in the crosstab, and that any criteria from the source document of the scheduled job do not apply to this list.

Suggested new text for the initial "blue bar" text:

"Create dynamic distribution crosstab"

Suggested new text for info on top of the crosstab:

"Create the crosstab as you normally would, using user dimensions, calculations, visibility agents, and other standard options as needed. From the resulting crosstab, an output will be distributed for each row. Note that criteria from the source documents will not be limiting the number of rows in this crosstab, so be sure to add any necessary criteria directly to the Dynamic Distribution crosstab."
