Dynamic distribution - button to apply source document's criteria

To prevent accidental distribution of outputs that are not meant to be delivered - and often they are empty anyway - there should be an easy way to 'Copy' global criteria from a scheduled job's source document onto the Dynamic distribution crosstab.

In the Criteria tab of the Dynamic distribution crosstab, this could be a button labelled 'Copy global criteria from source document'.
