Table of Contents in Reports

Hi TARGIT,

I have seen similar posts requesting a ToC for reports, so let me elaborate. I would like a Table of Contents that references the headers and page numbers of the report - as seen in countless other software. This ToC could go on the front page, or page one. Speaking of which, would it be possible for the page counter to ignore certain pages? (e.g. the front page by clicking a checkmark in page-settings).

Right now, I am manually typing the header and page number for the ToC. This is insufficient as some pages repeat, and the ToC cannot be updated dynamically.
