On Prem - AppData\Local\Temp of Targit Service User

Hi everyone,

It has come to our attention that the AppData\Local\Temp folder of our Targit-Service User contains heaps of data (~30 GB) in folders with a GUID as name (e.g. 7da033bc-c55a-4eb3-ab00-6656256981fe) and a "targit-cefcach_..." directory inside of it.

Can we simply delete the folder and what is its use? The files seem to be stale as they are from last year. Was there an OnPrem Version which created a bunch of temp files without cleaning them up?
