Add a timeout setting to govern the load process so we can configure the timeout threshold to address the failure for "Server failed to load within time limit"

We need a timeout setting to govern the load process so we can configure the timeout threshold to address the failure for "Server failed to load within time limit".

We have scenarios where the data file processed fine (validated via Query Tool) however we get a failure indicating the "Server failed to load within time limit”. There are not any available timeout settings governing the load process.

Per Agne under BUG-7814, "I have talked with our development - it is possible to add a timeout switch in the future. So please create a Feature Request for this in the community as well"
