Feature Request: Bar Border and Corner Formatting

It would be helpful to have additional formatting options for bar charts, specifically the ability to control bar borders and corner radius. Targit already includes the pencil for border formatting in many parts of the object, the bars/columns of bar/column charts would be a natural improvement. 

This would allow users to create more polished, modern-looking visualizations while also improving accessibility by making it easier to distinguish bars that use similar colors.

These types of formatting controls are common in modern BI and visualization tools and would provide greater flexibility when creating client-facing reports and dashboards.
