Check if dashboard or report already is planned

Hi, 

Is it possible to create two extra features under this button

Feature 1.   Check if already planned

Feature 2.    Open planned task.

I think it can also be solved by only showing feature 2 if the task is already planned.   When "Open planned task" will only be visible when there is a planned task already.
