Lock measures for Measure Selector

In some cases, certain measures in a report should remain unchanged while others are controlled by the Measure Selector.
It would be great to have the option to lock individual measures within an object so that they are not affected by the Measure Selector, while the same measures in other objects can still change dynamically.
