Description field should also be offered on data model level

When you work in TARGIT data model editor, you can add description information to every dimension attribute and every measure.

These will then be visible in TARGIT designer client as mouse-over information.

Also for the dimension attributes, you can add the description in a text box in a TARGIT document for the end users.

Finally, you can also add a description on connection level when you set up the initial connection in TARGIT Management - this is also visible as mouse-over information in the designer client.

We should offer a description property also on data model level to be offered as mouse-over and also as dynamic content that can be added to a text box.
