How do I create a graph with measures of very different magnitude?
I have two measures of very different magnitudes and want to show them both in a single graph. The problem is that one measure is in the millions range, while the other measure is a 0-100% measure. Only the first measure makes sense in my graphs. The other measure looks like 0 (even though they are not.)

You will need to work with two axis in the chart. A left axis for one measure, and a right axis for the other measure. This is done in the chart properties dialog - in the 'Chart' tab. Here, you can select one of the measures in the 'Series' section and apply it to the right axis.
Note: While selected (highlighted with blue background) you can also change the visualization of the selected measure.
