Iteration table - how to handle the Total in header?

I have created an Iteration table (showing Product Categories) with a Total. The Total page is shown as the first page of my iterated report pages. On each page I have a dynamic header with the name of the Product Group. But on the Total page I just want it to show ‘Total’. Is that possible?

    One way is to create an iteration without grand totals and a textbox with the dynamic content 'iteration value'. On top of that create a new page in your report without any iteration where you write Total as a non-dynamic text into a textbox.

    But maybe there is a simpler solution?
