Does TARGIT come in a Cloud version - as SAAS?

As of early 2021, TARGIT does not yet come as SAAS, but I know it is something that has been planned. Actually, if you try out the new TARGIT Insights module - the extensive logging module - you will in fact be using a cloud based service.
