How can I expand a hierarchy on the horizontal axis?

I have a crosstab looking like this:

I know that I can expand the vertical axis by clicking:

But what about the horizontal axis?

You can only expand locally on the horizontal axis by clicking the local plusses - there is no way of expanding all columns at the same time.

Niels Thomsen Would it not be possible to have an additional prompt about whether the horizontal- or vertical axis should be expanded?
