Is it possible to change the values shown in the list of your criteria in the criteriabar?
So for example a year selection. If it shows all years between 2000 and 2021, I would like to change that in only 2019, 2020, 2021 options.

This is possible if you create a shared user dimension where you add only 2019-2021. Use this user dimension instead of the normal time dimension for your criteria bar.
