What will you do with the new TARGIT feature that allows external content (web-boxes)?
In TARGIT we launched the Summer 2021 release, and one of the interesting new features is the web box, which allows you to put external content that can be reached with a URL into TARGIT. (For further description click here.)
Let's have a shared brainstorm on what we are going to do with this new feature!
- Showing product images
- Showing images of employees
- Having internal news from your intranet inside your TARGIT solution
- Having tutorial videos (or other videos) right there inside your TARGIT analysis
- Doing surveys with your prefered survey tool in TARGIT (and maybe show the outcome in a TARGIT Analysis)
- Showing documents from Google/Office 365 - and maybe commenting inside those documents
It would be great to hear from all the community on what you plan to do, and even better maybe, what you already have done with this feature.
This is a feature that we are extremely excited for, we have already started brainstorming some ideas on what to implement; tutorial videos are definitely at the top of our list!
Excited to learn more about this and see what people come up with!
Any idea how to auto play and loop a youtube video? Is there a parameter I can add to the url?
In the iframe code from youtube i see a parameter:
allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture"
so how to add the allow="autoplay" to my url in order for my video to start playing when dashboard opens.
adding ?autoplay=1 to end of url does not work.
The iframe code looks like eg:
<iframe width="833" height="469" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/JcBy35mIt9I" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>
With regard to autoplay and loop - please see this article: https://community.targit.com/hc/en-us/articles/4416930711057-Youtube-videos-autoplay-and-loop

Thanks Ole, I missed the needed mute=1.
Now it works.
